I started dealing with these folks about a month ago....I'm bridging my wife over to Medicare by using Cobra insurance from my past employer. I have recently retiredbu t my wife will be on Cobra for a couple of years. This is were benefit plus comes in....we are still in process of receiving Cobra for wife......benefit plus is always easy to contact...no robot ......always very friendly and helpful.....I wish other company's were this over the top service.....still waiting for wife's Cobra but confident things will be fine.....5 star absolutely.... Yvette I believe is the manager...she is wonderful to deal with...thanks

If i could give less stars i would. It has been three weeks of constant emails and these ppl will not provide me with the fax number to send in the information THEY'RE requesting. "please use the envelope that was provided." they say. Fun fact, there was NO envelope provided. I have explained this, but get treated as if i'm crazy and don't know what an envelope is. The other option is to fax the information in. Which, conveniently, is Also not provided. I will re-address this rating if i am able to get anyone on their end to actually help, instead of making poor attempts to shift the blame elsewhere.
