Excellent communication throughout the whole process from everyone I spoke with at the office. I primarily worked with Eva, who was efficient, clear, and knowledgeable. She very quickly inspired confidence and trust and made me feel at ease with switching from another large national company to State Farm with Ben Search as the agent. Saving a good deal of money in the process was of course a blessing as well! My only regret was not making this switch sooner.
