Ben Lindsey & Ray Hood Agency

I have used Ray and Ben for over 20 years and they have always been very helpful. Now my adult children use them also. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have called MULTIPLE times trying to follow up. No one answers and no one calls back. What is going on? This use to be a great place but the customer service sucks. I should not have to come by everytime I need something to be helped. I'd say stay clear and go some where else bc I don't feel I will stay here long if this continues. Ray you're a great person but you really need to clean house around there.

This was a great place to do business at . We have had insurance there for almost 10 years but for the last few months its been aweful. Its usually just his secretary there because hes gone to do errands but he NEVER EVER has called us back about a issue we have! Starting to feel like a # instead of a customer that used to always be appreciated! Customer service 👎

I absolutely love Ray hood he is a wonderful guy to know he goes above and beyond his job of making you feel comfortable with great customer service been with Ray for several years wouldnt go anywhere else
