My business name was reported wrong so essentially i never had insurance maybe. Address was reported wrong. Insurance was canceled and I havent received any correspondence and the office won't answer my calls or respond to my emails. To get coverage again the other companies want a cancelation notice and loss report; I've received neither and they won't respond. The market for dealer insurance in South Carolina is hard to get. I'm exhausted from the process the first time and now my business may have to fail in the first year because I don't have insurance. My uncle who turned me on to them can reach them, all correspondence has been sent to him, but the business, insurance, and bond is in my name. I was counted out from the beginning it seems.
