One thing I was concerned about with switching over from a national brand was not being able to reach people on the weekends, but the BBH team has been available for me when I need them. Even on the weekends. I have never had a problem with them getting back to me.

Yelena was awesome in helping us with our homeowners and auto insurance. The prices are so much better than what we had plus she explained a lot of things to us that had changed over the years!!! She was very helpful and very prompt! She was even available on nights and weekends to answer questions. We have never received such amazing customer service in the past. In the past we would have to wait days for a response from our agent and Yelena was very responsive. She gave a personal touch to a normally very impersonal service.
