Bauer Insurance Agency

Spoke to one lady and she found me a decent policy but was out of work the next day. Worked with the owner Joy and she was rude, rushed me off the phone, didn't want to find me an affordable policy. Stated "if I don't want to take the policy, I can get off the phone". She did not have the patience to explain what an MVR was. I am not an insurance agent I am not aware of what that is. Had to call another insurance agency for them to break down information to me. Just like the previous reviews state. Won't answer questions, rude, never give you a call back you always have to call. Joy is not the best person to work with 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! My policy renewed on its own due to being on autopayments , but when my policy is over I will be switching agencies.

Another local agent told me they were adding a car to my policy Friday, didn’t add it and put me in a hard spot having a new car with no insurance. Bauer was open on Saturday, forwards calls and helped me get in touch with customer service for National General to make those changes to my policy. I’ll be switching to Bauer to handle my needs from here on out!

I felt good about the company I used to gain my insurance BUT Joy..... Overly rude for no reason. The ones that is blatantly rude but do it with a smile and try to appear professional. I was confused on something's with my policy. It was clear that she was bothered and maybe because she have to answer calls on the weekends. I guess by my morning voice she felt she was talking to a nobody. I'm glad I record my calls. If anyone wants to reach out, you can. I don't feel comfortable talking with her. There's been more than one incident. I see I'm not the only one with an issue with the same person and reviews. She will continue to be rude. This company is ridiculous, they may get you lower prices… if you can get someone that can do something. Never available for changes or questions regarding policy, Joy has her name on everything but doesn’t know how to answer a phone or actually come to work. Sinus leaves at 2:30 and the company is left to be ran by a very polite gentleman who has no authority to do anything. Horrible way to run a business and I will be switching policy for this reason.

Just wanted to say that they have good rates for mobile homes.Ms.Valdez had a hard job. Every day she has to work with people that are hard to understand. Just wish there was a clock on the wall to be aware of the time, along with the new office set up where you can do business safely behind the glass.
