In less than 2 weeks I contacted Suzy for help with 3 different challenges. One was a follow up to a bill. The 2nd was concerning an accident with my car. The third was updating a Valuable Items policy, In each case Suzy was prompt, knew exactly what to do and her follow up was as good as I've seen. She contacted me by phone and then email making sure I was satisfied with the issue at hand. Very impressive indeed.

I recently bought a new car on a bit of a whim and Kanisha, my personal lines agent, was amazing. She got it added to my policy super fast, which made things way easier at the Title Agency. I honestly can’t say enough about how responsive and helpful she was (literally less than 10 minutes), all without cutting corners or missing out on a great rate. P.S. If you don’t already have a personal umbrella policy, I highly recommend looking into it!

Recently made the switch to them for my business insurance. Should’ve done it sooner. Always quickly get back to me when I have a question!
