Absolutely awesome experience! Olivia Barakat guided me through the process to obtain private insurance and then guided my husband and I through the process of Medicare and a supplement. Very knowledgeable and made it totally stress free!! I would highly recommend!!!!

Olivia, Anthony and Alexia are amazing and the help they provide is invaluable. Not only will they help you with health insurance, but they are kind enough to assist people with community resources, Snap, Medicare/ Medicaid and section 8 housing ( when it opens). Olivia is also a notary. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. They work as fast as possible , but appointments are still recommended. Alexia helped us while multi-tasking at the front desk. This team is outstanding.

Amazing customer service and customer care ! My girl Alexia is always coming through to help me and my family out with all of our insurance needs! She is AMAZING ! I am highly satisfied with her and her direct help whenever I need her she is always there for me just a phone call or text away! Barakat Insurance is wonderful! I spoke with Helen Barakat. I was rather frazzled before I came in as I couldn’t seem to make any decisions on my own this year! I had such an amazing experience with this insurance agency! Their team goes above and beyond, especially Hasna — she was absolutely incredible. When I broke my arm, she personally called my primary care physician, made sure my appointment happened, and followed up with me and my doctors every step of the way. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication truly made a difficult time so much easier.
