Greedy and uncaring group from my experience. I would expect them to handle claims similarly to this experience, and try to pinch every penny. I got a policy from Sagesure through this agency when closing on my house. When I went to change policies due to misinformation from multiple sources (including Sagesure and Ashton), they ended up taking a 25% cut from what I had paid. Danine afterwards told me that the cancellation fee was discussed when I was cancelling, but that's a lie. TO THEIR RESPONSE: I already reached out, this is the result of that. Regardless of what your records state though (true or not, it's easy enough to spin however you want), my experience was one lacking empathy and understanding.
