This company sucks. .I have been dealing with them since over 2 years ago when my dad died and it was awful .they are real nice when you put your money in . .but try getting anyone to call you back or get your money out . Even their main automated line doesn't get your account number right after saying it clearly and slowly 3 times. I am so mad and frustrated .I need a supervisor to help me.
Whatever you do....do not use Bankers Life! My mom died on October 5. Things were split 50/50 between me and my sister. My sister has received all her portion. I have nothing. No answers. Terrible customer service. I guess I will have to file a bad faith claim against them.
My husband has been in a LTC facility for a year and Bankers Life has paid onw month
