Bankers Life

My father in-law took out a life policy some time ago and has since recently passed. According to Bankers Life,(via mail, and phone), the claim has been approved, processed and check in the mail for a whopping $2500 as of 12/8/2024. It's now February 19th 2025 and we have yet to receive the claim. That's 73 days later and 20 phone calls to the main admin office and Saginaw branch. The Saginaw branch has been zero help, besides pointing their finger to the main admin office. He paid approximately $2450 into the policy and would have been much better off just saving it into a bank account. The agent must have had some nasty commission breath on this one. I'd stay well away from Bankers Life.

Wesley Mabry and Austin Almer drove from Saginaw to our house in Whittemore. Our house is on the back of our 40 acres. That they even found us was miraculous! They were both so wonderful and very knowledgeable. They helped us immensely and I think they can help a lot of people up here!

The agents at Bankers Life doing an exceptional job with helping their clients understand medicare. Medicare can be very confusing and the couple of people that I interacted with full of knowledge and extremely helpful.
