I tried to leave a review and was kicked out of the system. I had no support from Ryan when the homeowners insurance sent two contractors out rather than an insurance adjuster to check out a claim I had. I had had my roof replaced and because the contractors refused to accept the facts they said the roof had not been replaced. There was also a claim put in that the insurance company said was paid and that was a lie. I was never paid anything. The last straw was when I got my renewal notices for my auto and homeowners insurance and the homeowners had raised $60 a month with no explanation . Help from Ryan? No way!

I never write bad reviews and dont take many that i read very seriously because its always the winey customers who just want to complain.... But i feel like i need to protect the next person interested in dealing with this company...If it were possible to put a big fat reg X or a huge red flag on this company I would put 1000. The service with Ryan who is the owner is honestly so ridiculously frustrating that I can't even believe this person has a business. It all started from the very beginning, he wasnt filing proper paperwork to my lender for the new home insurance and the letters kept coming from my lender. I was very fortunate to have been introduced to Ryan about 5 years ago when we were looking for insurance for a new vehicle we had purchased. Doing business with Ryan, Q and the entire team at AZ 101 Insurance is such a pleasure. It reminds me of years ago when you would call a business and they would answer you right away. Any time I have an question or need information, I simply reach out and I get an immediate response! They are always very responsive, even if it is a weekend or after hours. They understand that questions don't always happen between 8 and 5 or on a weekday. I am a valued customer and they treat me like they have known me for years. They always do their very best to get you the best deal and they have great rates!

I am more then satisfied with my rep Ryan, honestly he has taken the time to help me through any situation regarding my vehicle and policy and has always gotten me the be policy possible. He has been with me since I got my car and always makes time when I call to get back to me when he can. I am more then satisfied with his service and I wish I could give him more stars!
