My family and I have had the pleasure of working with the Ayers Insurance team for over ten years. They handle the coverage on all our property and we consider them a trusted advisor when it comes to insurance needs. We find their guidance to be objective, knowledgeable and down to earth. Their service has been impeccable over the years too. I can not recall a single time when a call or question of ours was not responded to in the same day. It is a wonderful feeling knowing we have such a great partner and resource we can count on. Thank you!

I was in a collision with an Ayers Insurer in which their client was at fault. Ayers accepted liability of the collision right away. I was immediately happy with the experience, customer service, and how swiftly they moved to handle the situation. However, I was told I would be reimbursed for having to pay out of pocket for tow yard cost, towing of the car to collision shop, and out of pocket for rental in beginning. I sent my receipts and it has been crickets every since. I'm an honest person and a Christian and only wanted the right thing done nothing more. Not claiming any bodily injury but only wanting vehicle fixed and reimbursed for monies I was out of pocket for. Now it appears I have to consider suing to be reimbursed monies as Im not getting any responses from Angela or Laura. I'

Updated: While I was very unhappy originally with the lack of communication, I received a phone call from Nick, who is the owners son. The reason why I wanted to go with Ayers in the first place was because they are a family owned business. I was on the phone with him for over a half hour this evening, and our discussion reassured me that Ayers is the direction to go. I look forward to having a long standing relationship with the folks from Ayers for years to come! Thank you again Nick for taking the time out of your evening to address the concerns and help to rectify any situations during these tough times!
