I have been using Avalanche Insurance for a very long time... Well over a decade and then some. And I've never had an issue. Every team member I have talked with has been nothing short of helpful, prompt and respectful even when I feel I've asked too many silly questions. I've referred friends and family to them and always praise them whenever I end up talking about insurance with anyone. I love that they are all encompassing and I don't have to deal with doing the research on every little company myself. They do all the hard work and give me the best deal every time.

Responsive and have great rates. Have access to multiple insurance companies were they can shop to get you the best coverage at the lowest rate.

I left the company a few years back for a massive mess up. The agent I went through added a driver I did not want added costing me hundreds of dollars. I had to throw a fit and threaten to sue to get it reversed. Now they just sent me an email begging for a nomination for best business? You think they would know I haven’t been a client for years if they were indeed “best business”. I ended up going straight through the same insurance they offered and paying way less than I ever did through them. So I guess their mistake did push me to better service elsewhere.
