Auto-Owners Insurance St. Cloud Claims

Our newly built home was flooded in mid January do to a broken flex hose running to the dishwasher. Never having had such a tragedy, we didn't know what to expect. A claim was filed and within about 10 minutes, I got a call from Kristopher Miller and he was not only helpful, but in the midst of removing the flooring - he helped put me at ease. He was amazing to deal with throughout the entire process and 5 weeks later we had our home back in order. Thank you Kris for everything that you did for my wife and myself.

We had a great experience working with Paul. He was very helpful navigating through the process of creating a claim. We provided the necessary documentation and all went smoothly. Once the work was completed we sent documentation and final payment to close our claim was sent. Can't thank Auto Owners enough for their prompt response.
