Got hit by a USPS vehicle. The government is self insured with a federal tort claims act unlike an insurance company that is difficult to work with. So I choose to let my insurance, Auto owners, deal with it. The adjuster, Ryan, made the process easy. Extremely happy with Auto Owners Insurance, would highly recommend them.

A tree fell and totaled my car out - I’ve never had to file any insurance claim prior, so I was apprehensive of the process. This company is very rude and disrespectful i never spoken to someone like this company i got hit from behind from there policy holder and they don't want to pay for the damages or give a rental i been dealing with this claim since beginning of July and my car is in shop
