During the weekend calls might not work great but during the week when I got ahold of em it was simple they explained everything so I knee what was what considering I know next to nothing about insurance and made it so I had insurance within 15 minutes even though I couldn't get through for 2 days still giving 5 stars due to the service alone

Although I've been with State Farm for many years I've not a claim until recently. I've been impressed with my experience. Calls are always returned promptly, questions answered, and they even facilitated a conference call with the State Farm office to resolve an issue. It's been great knowing that the local agents are there to help us.
