Auto-Owners Insurance Kennesaw Claims

I just had the most wonderful claim experience as a claimant. Tonya Riley of Auto Owners Insurance was my representative and I was blown away by her performance. From the first contact through today when we returned the rental vehicle was as seamless as one could imagine. She is not only professional but very personable and understanding. Very good on follow ups with myself and the collision shop so that I was literally hands off throughout the process. I’m in the Insurance Industry for over 30 years and this is not the norm. I highly recommend and appreciate her approach to her craft, her positive attitude and work ethic. Thanks Tonya Riley for making a difficult experience (accident) a memorable outcome.

They kept saying they needed to send someone out to approve them to fix the remaining repairs.
