Ive been a customer since June 2025 and day 1 ive received 5 star customer service. Very informative and welcoming.

The staff are kind respectful and they treat everyone like family. They have different Companies they go through to insure you and they always make sure they find the best one to suite you even on a budget. In 8 years I have not had anything shy of a great experience with AIS.

Dirty location. Smelly. Garbage overflowing sidewalks outside. Unkempt. Office looked clean but smelled dirty. Foul neighborhood odors. Not the best place to do business but in their favor, honest and efficient services provided by Ms Mimi. Accepts cash.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Very unprofessional in that office. Eating while talking to customers on the phone and in person. And here's a clue if you want to talk bad about the person on the phone make sure you put them on hold. Rude people!
