Staff understood the issue but were unwilling or unable to help. No solutions or alternatives were offered, which was disappointing.

The lady that works is very helpful, super nice, and will try to get you the best deal she can find. The insurance companies hit me pretty hard for the type of prior ticket I had on my record. So my insurance price was a little higher than I would have liked, but wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had to pay. I was really happy with my service. I like when you can deal with the same person, always. Also, no matter what you questions you might have the person is welling to try to explain and answer my questions the best they can, and they don’t act like it’s a bother to them for you asking. I will always go here for my insurance needs.

A representative returned my call regarding a quote for new auto insurance. With my current company, they quoted twice as much as my renewal is going to be, with my current insurance company. When I asked if they were going to try to find out why the quote was so high, the only response I received was "thank you for contacting us" and "sometimes we don't have the cheapest rates". I was shocked. Wouldn't a company want to research why their rate was coming in so high? Maybe it was a mistake, but I will never know.
