Don't buy insurance from these people. As a small business owner, we purchased Workmen's Compensation insurance from Nick Morrone and we specifically asked to have the owners excluded to which he assured us in an email that they were excluded. Their negligence of asking who the owners are and made their own assumptions instead cost us in additional premium upon audit. When asking for their help on the matter, they retaliated and charged more. So when canceling the policies I had with this company, these are Nick's words in his email "Smart business owners know when there is a change in their operation they should contact their insurance agent. I can’t predict when you business makes changes. Your ignorance and lack of business sense is inexcusable."

I worked with Denise who was incredibly helpful during a very stressful time. She remembered me each time I called and she sent the documents I requested within 15-30 minutes. Thank you Denise!
