Does not facilitate live provider reps. Have to communicate through email which is slow and inefficient. No plans to add live provider reps which results in delays and open claims. Come on Atrio be better!
My husband died after a year long battle with cancer...Atrio covered all they said they would n were very helpful. The phone center seems to have outsourced tho..not happy about that n Medford office closed. Thus a reduction ftom 5 stars..
