This is the worst insurance you can ever get. If you don't want to literally actually die, then find a different insurance company. The lifesaving Immunotherapy I need for my recurrence of cancer has now been denied by Asuris three times since my diagnosis, and now they are pulling out of the UW and Fred Hutchinson network as of January 1st 2026. After paying $1200.00 per month for the last three years for their supposed Gold plan, I now realize I wasted my money with a completely fraudulent insurance company that doesn't want to pay out when needed the most. Asuris is a complete JOKE! Do yourself a favor and do not take out insurance with them.

The absolute worst insurance company on the planet. My doctor wrote a prescription. They denied it because I didn't try the least expensive one first. Ok, so my Dr writes another prescription for the ONE THEY SUGGESTED. They denied that one too. So, I called AGAIN AND THEY SAID TRY THE DISCOUNT CARD. You'll get 3 months for $25 p/m. You have a commercial policy and you qualify. They offered this because the specialist referral they've already APPROVED can't get me in for almost 6 months. Cool...so I apply for and get the stupid discount card. I drive to my pharmacy and show them the card. And guess what they said...YOUR INSURANCE HAS TO APPROVE THIS MEDICATION SO YOU CAN USE THE FREAKING DISCOUNT CARD. I have diligently submitted receipts and filled out countless forms trying to get reimbursement for my daughter’s care. They deny these requests and don’t provide any assistance with submission, and no explanation as to why they deny. It truly is a shame to pay tons of money for coverage that doesn’t serve my family.

This is by far the worst insurance company i have EVER dealt with. They refuse to pay for anything and have messed up my account so bad, they had to do a full sweep of my account, which has been going on for months! This means I have had to pay out of pocket for some much needed knee injections and other things and months later this claim is "still processing". I've asked twice for a call back from a manager and I just get emails back from foreigners asking dumb questions that they already have the answers too. Don't waste your money!

Website is very difficult to use on a mobile device. I cannot download my EOB's. Customer service is very kind but it can be difficult to get the help you need when you call them.
