I had been with Serna since 2012 without any issues, but ever since Gallagher took over, the experience has been terrible. Their communication and follow-ups are lacking, and I honestly doubt they truly shop around for the best rates as they claim. Today, I contacted another agency and secured a auto policy with the same provider for $4,000 less per year, plus a new homeowners policy for $3,000 less per year—totaling $7,000 in annual savings. I regret trusting this company to find me the best rates and not verifying it myself sooner. Over the years, I’ve referred countless friends and family members, but now, I’ll be sending them elsewhere.

Would give no stars if it was an option. When my wife and I bought our house in 2015 we were recommended to Serna by our mortgage agent. Worst decision ever. To start off our agent failed to submit Windstorm Insurance for us so less than 2 months after closing we were forced to come up with several thousand dollars for the policies. Over the next year was impossible to reliably contact. We often had to call the main office line and ask them to have her contact us. Then in 2017 we decided to switch agents and Serna put up such a fight that we were forced to call the Allstate corporate office to have them intercede on our behalf so that we could switch agents. After all this we found out that Serna had yet again submitted a flood policy for one of our properties but in keeping with the level

We have used Serna for several years now after a referral from our mortgage person. They just saved us $2K a year on our new insurance policies. Eric made it super easy to make the switch. Hailey was the agent who originally started my policy. Her customer service was amazing. When it came time to add my new car and renew my policy, Katie went above and beyond to get me the best rate possible. I called in one day when I realized the insurance cards were expired ans spoke with Ivy. I explained what I needed and within a few minutes she had them to me. Everyone at Serna's office has been helpful and so nice. Will definitely continue to be a customer for a long time.

Serna Insurance is by-and-far the most helpful company we have ever worked with. They currently help service our automobiles and new house. It's simple- they find the best rates out there. My wife and I were helped through the whole process by Luke. I tip my hat to that man- great customer service and he is always one email away if I have any questions or concerns.
