I’ve been a State Farm customer for 9 years with a renters policy from this office. I’m satisfied with my coverage and rate, and luckily I’ve never had to file a claim. To be clear, my experience with the sales agent Darianne Castejon over the years has been professional and reliable. She handled my policy setup well, and I’ve never had an issue with that part of my experience. My concern is not with her, but with the overall lack of responsiveness from the customer service team here, when I needed basic assistance. I rarely contact this office and typically manage my payments and updates online without issue.
