DO NOT Use this brokerage firm if you expect a call back, to be able to get reliable information, or have policy changes take effect prior to renewals. I worked with P. Humes @ Assurance Risk Managers on a CALFair policy in Califonria. P. Humes' office was difficult to get a hold of on multiple occasions, passing me between employees, and requiring multiple follow-up calls and emails needed in order to finally connect. When I was able to talk to P. Humes about the policy renewal issues and options, I found that he was little more than a "paper pusher" with limited understanding about the policy and coverage. The policy was set up last year when i purchased the home and I paid the full annual premium to simplify the finances at the time. In May 2025 I asked for the policy to be renewed

Horrible experience, from staff/management changes to audits @ $250each that cause increases to the premiums. Frowny face :(
