I made an appointment for Wednesday at 3pm, and was told it would be 25min wait. I complained about the wait and it chnaged to 10min wait. The branch itself is dirty, like scuffs all over the walls, a poor effort on seasonal promotional decor, and nasty flooring. Lucy finally called me to her desk, no customer service at all, I could tell she was just as annoyed as I was and she did not make the experience any more pleasant. I've been with AAA for years now and wanted a quote on a new vehicle on my policy. I got my quote, which was outrageous by the way. And my experience was terrible. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
