My review is about Samuel Hemandez at the Walnut Street Rogers AR facility. I had some business that I needed to take care of regarding my payment to BCBS, the office filled up with customers and Samuel greeted each one friendly and with courtesy and took care of each one as expeditiously as possible. What an asset to this office.
