Variety Insurance Agency

I've been with variety insurance about 10 years I liked because the costumer service was really good. I know they've been busy lately. But the costumer service very bad . We need to work on that. They keep me waiting in line for 20 minutes then they hang up. I call back they say that they are busy with bad attitude. Honestly very disappointed with the service.

Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. It took three days just to email me a Certificate of Insurance. Today, I was put on hold four times. No one answered. Lizet Tinajero is one of the rudest Licensed agent I've ever spoken to. I'm explaining to her the situation, instead of handling this whole situation professionally she told me IT'S NOT MY PLACE TO TELL HER HOW TO HANDLE THE OFFICE... If you want respect Lizet, you need to respect as well. I'm very glad I don't have you as my agent. My agent is Tim at OZK insurance in Rogers. He's always very professional and efficient with everyone. I hope you learn from great etiquette Lizet. I don't understand how you could be an insurance agent.

Friendly staff, they were able to help me get on the cheapest coverage..and boy let me tell yuh….I was walking out with a humongous smile on my face….highly recommended…go girls!!!!!!

The ladys there are super sweet! Ive been going through them for 7yrs and never once have i had any problems!
