Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield

Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental is a complete joke. I decided that I would change my dental coverage if they would waive my 6 month waiting period because of my continuous coverage with my other provider. They won't tell me that they'll waive my waiting period until I've CANCELLED MY CURRENT COVERAGE. Are you kidding me. I'm going to sign up for their coverage and trust that they will waive the waiting period? I've sent them a Certificate of Coverage showing that my last date will be 12/31/25 and they won't tell me if my waiting period is being waived. Sorry, but I don't trust them to do it. The only thing I'll be cancelling is my application with Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield Dental.

Got denied coverage due to one medication not being covered. Clearly profits over humanity.
