The services are not what they used to be when I first got Allstate. Even to cancel my policy they have not been helpful. I got a call a month later asking about my payment and nothing was documented that I didn’t want their Services anymore. No confirmation email either I just keep receiving emails about reactiven of my services. No thank you to getting Allstate again unless they change their staff.

Araceli Ramos offer me a quote and I accepted because this year my Geico insurance increased almost 200 dollars. I have been with Geico for almost 10 years and never have an accident so I tough I had a good deal. Lupita Duarte helped me with Allstate quote and….Surprise, Surprise….. I got a Allstate quote almost half of the price. Lupita and Araceli were very courteous and the service was very professional and fast.
