We have been with Kathy for almost 20 years and are completely happy. They provide excellent customer service whenever we call. They have provided efficient problem solving when any concerns have arisen. If we had a claim they have rectified the situation in a timely fashion and with the utmost care. We appreciate the loyalty and peace of mind knowing that Kathy and her team are there for us.

I appreciate the high level of customer service I receive from Apple Insurance and plan to keep all my insurance needs with my agent and the Apple Insurance agency.

Apple Insurance, specifically Angela Heydt made the whole process of changing our insurance company easy. The rates are better than my previous company as well as the customer service. When I have called the office with questions the response is always helpful , polite and very nice.

As I compare Apple to other insurance companies the prices are 8 out of 10 lower. The other 2 would be comparable but no reason to transfer if we are comparing apples to apples. When I call I usually get my questions answer in a fast and professional manner. If the answer is not known they will get the answer and get back to me. The more insurance you get the better the bundle price gets. My agent Kathy is straight forward. Good or bad news. (No dancing around something to give you false hopes)
