Not sure what these great reviews are about, but I can only speak on my experience, and what I just witnessed! Very unprofessional, lack of communication, and all around rude, to say the least! I just spoke with a gentlemen who hung up on me after I asked several questions in regard to a policy. Not one time was I nasty/rude. Inquisitive, yes, but rude-no! I asked for clarity on some things for a client of mine, and the gentleman was literally speaking in circles, and he didn’t have the correct information on file. Each time I attempted to speak, he would cut me off, instead of listening to what I had to say/information I had and/or follow-up questions I had. To top it all off, he hung up on me after I told him that his responses were rude, and dismissive throughout the conversation. I wou

DO NOT BUY INSURANCE HERE!!! INCREDIBLY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL & CONDESENDING. I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS BAD. BLOWS MY MIND HOW A PLACE LIKE THIS IS STILL IN BUSINESS!!! IF I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

Word to the wise…smile, laugh, pay…..KEEP TRACK OF YOUR RECEIPTS. Don’t let there be an option of wrong doing.
