Horrible insurance. Denies every claim! Even when my son went to see his pediatrician and her name is on the card and they denied it. When I call customer service they can’t tell me why and they are clueless. When I do call you get a different response every time . I will be switching insurance. A Lot of my time has been wasted on calling and have not gotten any answers. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR $ on this insurance. I will also be filing a complaint with NYS as well.
