ITS A GOOD CHANCE THIS COMPANY TOOK YOUR MONEY SAID YOU WERE COVERED AND YOUR NOT INSURED!...THIS HAPPEN US NO ID CARDS OR EMAIL WITH ID CARDS WAS NEVER PROVIDED AND WHEN I CALLED MY INSURANCE PROVIDER THEY SAID ITS NO RECORD OF US BEING INSURED AT ALL OTHER THEN AN INQUIRY FOR COVERAGE..'MARC' FROM THE DEALERSHIP ARROW MOTORS ON 2225 WAKELING ST PHILADELPHIA PA 19137 REFERED US TO THIS "SHADY" APLUS INSURANCE WHOM HE ALSO SPOKE AND SET UP THE POLICY DIRECTLY WITH "DONNA" FROM APLUS WITHOUT EVEN SPEAKING TO US ABOUT PROPER COVERAGE FOR THE VEHLCE THAT WE PURCHASED FROM ARROW MOTORS. Further Action Will Be TAKEN!!!!!
