DO NOT select this insurance company. I was in an accident that left me in a wheelchair. Their list of in network doctors was extremely outdated. After visiting or consulting with 40 surgeons, there was 1 who would do the surgery but he was not in network. I spent over 2.5+ years dealing with the. CSR’s were poorly trained or incompetent and higher up did nothing but throw roadblocks into the process. Now, the 1 surgeon from before will no longer do the surgery, so I’m stuck in the wheelchair for the rest of my life. They suck! I have Kaiser now and they are much better!

This is the worst insurance I have ever had in my life I have not been able to use my leg for 3 weeks and I still don’t have a primary care doctor to send a referral

Horrible on the phone. They dont care about you. I suggest switching health insurance.
