I tried the first 7 numbers online closet to me these branches are trash dont waste your time you will get no call back or response. Let me help you guys out there's an outstanding woman that helped me, her name is Linda and she is the best representative of a branch of this company ive talk to. Do yourself a favor and call her 18338142559. She will give you professionalism and honestly I am keeping this coverage only because she helped me see its not the company but customer service (besides her)that is the problem.

Have been on hold for 2.5 hrs to get benefits info. for “one patient”. Ridiculous— I can only get a rep on the line fast if someone in Singapore takes the call!!

Anthem's customer service is very unhelpful. Also their rates are ridiculous and not affordable. Definitely go to another health insurance provider.
