Anna Valvi - State Farm Insurance Agent

I saved hundreds on my car insurance and had an amazing experience with Anna Valvi and her Team. Highly recommend

I have been with State Farm for years through different agents and having Anna Valvi as my agent has been pleasure from the start. She and her husband (whom also works in the office) are both super knowledgeable on insurance issues and on how to get me the lowest rates possible. They have made me feel part of their family and Anna has called me back whenever I have missed her in the office. It has been a comfort and a joy interacting with Anna as my State Farm Agent and as a person!

My experience with Anna Valvi and her staff is wonderful. Anytime i need assistance I usually talk with Jackie. She is very pleasant to deal with and handles my concerns very promptly. She is very educated in the insurance industry and takes care of any issues i have very swiftly. Tahlia has also helped me and she is just one of the nicest people you will ever talk to. She to knows a lot about the business and takes care of issues very swiftly. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance. I would definitely recommend this agency for all your insurance needs.

I did not speak to Anna was directed to another agent. I called a week ahead of getting my new car and was quoted a price and told that the quote would be good when I was ready to get the car on the road. I called back 1 week later and they did not honor the quote. The insurance price doubled and the coverage went down to liability only. Original quote included collision and comprehensive. Would not use this company or be ready to take the insurance right away because they will screw you if you wait. They would or could not give me an explanation for the increased amount and decreased coverage. Not a good company. FYI I have been insured with them for years

My agent, Anna, is the best- her and the entire team! She responds in a mannerly time, very efficient and effective, very friendly and caring of her clients and makes sure that what needs to be done is done.
