Every single renewal expect the price to go up by 100$ or more. They do not take into account you have got no speeding or traffic accidents. They should raise price for who files claims , do not try to make up for it by charging loyal customers over 35yrs. I am not responsible for others than my own…. Tired and ready to move on from State Farm!!!!!!!!!!! Already moved house and one car now they loosing my other vehicle

Anna Kim avoids communication when refunds are due. My mother died and we overpaid premium for her policy and this was the email she sent me when I requested the refund we were legally owed! Appalling and criminal.

Today was special because I have limited time to take care of business when I'm home. Mary assisted me with the things I needed very fast, while assisting others - this doesn't happen all time.
