Called ahead of time to get stamp for car registration. Was told to wait, a person came and was helped right away. After they finished helping them. I waited to see if they would calle over but the person at the desk just ignored me. Spent a whole 30-40 minutes waiting. Super rude and unfriendly.

Very poor communication. I had to call multiple times to get a COI over multiple weeks. I am still waiting on a COI for one of their clients as the one they sent was not fully filled out.

Bad service she took my tax to do it didn't do it on the scheduled date and simply didn't answer my messages and calls anymore! I ended up getting a fine because of her, I had to look for someone else to do it but then the delivery deadline had already passed!

I called today to make sure they received documentation about my cancellation. Larissa was incredibly rude and patronizing. She couldn’t answer a simple question, kept calling me “sweetie”, like I’m a 5 year old and when i asked her to stop, she hung up on me. I’ve been with this company since 2017 and this was absolutely unprofessional.

Angela is the best! Very nice, and helpful and had the answers to every question we had. It was the first year filling taxes with her, she is excellent! She was extremely attentive and used her knowledge of getting us the most money back. I would highly recommend her.
