I am a long standing State Farm customer that recently moved from Minnesota to Santa Rosa. I was referred to Angel by my agent in Minnesota and they were not wrong! The service, responsiveness, kindness, and professionalism from Angel and Alex has been top notch. I highly recommend them!
I have my Auto, Renters, and Life insurance with Angel Fowler's State Farm office and I could ask for a better or more personable agent. Angel is so easy to talk to and explains things to where I can actually understand. She gets things done quickly too. I would be lost without her.
Alex explained everything well to me. She's knowledgeable and has excellent customer care skills.
Every time, I call nobody answers!!!! frustrated
