Andrew Edwards and his team, especially Janell, have been absolutely amazing over the years. They truly care and it is deeply felt in the service they provide. When I experienced a hit-and-run, they helped me navigate the situation to ensure that I received the best deal, and have always been there when I’ve had any questions or concerns. I’m very thankful to them both and highly recommend them.

I love the people at this office (Janell). They been helping me through all the difficult situations that I don’t understand like Today they called me say my automatic payment didn’t go through and they helped me along the way with re-putting my information in the system and it actually went through with I was happy about because I am very busy person and I didn’t have to worry about anything because they took care of everything for me which I am very grateful.

I have had all my insurance overages with State Farm for over 30 years, most of which with Andrew Edwards as my Morgan Hill agent. He has been a great help with my family’s insurance needs for multiple cars and properties. Throughout these years, Andrew and his staff have always been available and willing to listen, to explain, and to resolve any issues, with pleasant demeanor and respectful attitude. Dealing with insurance companies and their ever-changing rules and regulations is not always easy, but it helps to have an agent who has your interest in mind. I consider Andrew and his team as friends who try to give me the best coverage at the lowest cost, and that is why I highly recommend them.

Andrew Edwards was awesome to engage with as I was "shopping around" for a new insurance agency last fall. Not only did Andrew review all of my existing policies, he offered up suggestions for modifications/changes that could be made to improve coverage, reduce premiums, etc. Andrew was very responsive, generous with his time, and was also very knowledgeable re: the insurance industry; he spent a good amount of time answering my questions, quoting and re-quoting all of our current Farmers policies, and reviewed the pros and cons of sticking with Farmers or switching to State Farm. Ultimately, we didn't end up switching to Andrew and State Farm, but I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who's looking for new insurance or a really great State Farm agent, especially in the South Bay.
