These guys are great! Especially Katie Cameron, I go to her for all my insurance questions, she’s the most knowledgeable person I’ve met in the industries in 25 years! 5 stars is too few!
These guys are terrible. Poor customer service. PDI is on the "side" of the insurance companies and will not help the consumer. PDI settled a large claim against our HOA without our concurrence that will increase our future premiums. It was a bogus claim! We moved to Farmers! Get your insurance somewhere else.
They are fantastic and honest, always do what they say they will. I think that Foley guy must be a crook or something...
