Scott is just trying to make a sale. He’s not actually going to find you the best rate, make sure you are fully covered, or help you understand your policy and any exclusions that go along with it. Recently in an accident and insurance denied the claim due to an exclusion in our policy that was never explained to us even after asking questions. Scott was zero help.
