I was a customer for many years and I was looking to cut cost. So I found another provider on my own where I nearly saved $1000 on my auto insurance maybe $1500. Unfortunately, I had to switch away. Because money is tight, of course with a family of four small farm And different things. I was doing rideshare and they gave me opportunity to split my policies out with different company, which is great. Now I’m trying to shop around after six months and I want to see if they have anything better because I don’t do the Ridesharing anymore. Now they won’t even bother to give me a quote from any of their providers I found That unprofessional. They stopped even emailing me right after I canceled because I had some later questions. I understand people are trying to make money, but to treat people

Poor response from Westminster MA office. First office visit, was requested to bring in Home Owner binder and auto policy I was trying to replace it but not a big deal if I could not. A week later , I visited again with binders. No return calls since 1st or 2nd visit. A week later I have up on Westminster and called Leominster office of A,B & M. Very cordial response. Promised a text to Jay to call me. No call from Jay at Westminster office. I went to competitor three days later and had new policies at first visit. At same time I was told return calls were made but must have had wrong number. What? No idea call did not go through? BS. Never again will consider A,B & M.

Will not be using these guys going forward. Westminster branch the last three years has replaced their employee's yearly it seems. The guy jerad, instead of answering my question with simple yes or no, rambled on and on for a long time and when i tried to direct the conversation back to getting a answer to my question. He goes “im talking, dont talk over me” then he rambled on again, and this ramble had no bearing to the question… i finally get to ask another question pertaining to the policy, which he didnt know the answer to. It was never a straight answer and he also managed to make it strangely awkward because he basically accused me of wanting to give false information on a application that i had already answered truthfully and is the same information as last year. First time auto insurance buyer here - Suzanne Coskun was so incredibly friendly and helpful, and she walked me through everything. I appreciated her help so much. I would recommend this firm to anybody looking to buy insurance, especially for the first time.

Jeremy is an amazing agent. I got denied with every company, when I called other agents, they overpriced me by thousands. Jeremy got me started for half the price at a company that denied me when I tried to speak to them. Really a blessing to work with him.
