AAA Leominster

Horrible customer service! Made a request at 1140am. Received confirmations from both AAA and the tow company that there would be long wait times. Sure. Waited until 430 to call back. Some lady was really rude and basically said the reasoning I put disqualified me for service so she was canceling my request. Worst experience ive ever had. I dont care if someone else made an error. Its your job to make it right! Not mine. I would give negative stars if I could.

I went here on a busy Saturday shortly before closing understanding that they may not be able to take me, but they were extremely helpful and professional; I was so grateful because it’s very difficult for me to get in during the work-week. They had me in and out without any issues - highly recommend this office!

These guys are amazing. I just paid for my membership last night and already got towed and they helped me with gas when I called again that day. Amazing ! THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING THERE!!

Just a hand in paperwork for a title I have to get an appointment? Not only that but the closest they have is two weeks from today?? That’s ridiculous. Why AAA even bothers with registry stuff is beyond me because they’re horrible.

Cindi Vargas, AAA Insurance Agent, at the Leominster location has been working with me these past 2 weeks to change over our auto and home insurance policies. I cannot give her enough praise for her professionalism and patience. She worked with me, at times after business hours, to insure that this transition was smooth and painless for me. I never knew how many services AAA offers. Now that I do, I will definitely use their services. Mostly because of Cindi and the entire staff at the Leominster location!
