After more that 25 years of doing business with this company on 18 Ave, they left me without a renewal policy. I called prior to expiration and was lied to everytime. Even after calls from me, my son and a message from my lawyer, I received no response. I would never recommend them to anyone. Every year I was with them was like pulling teeth. Why did I stay? because at my age it felt familiar and never had issues before. It seems they’ve gone downhill, so save yourself a big headache and go elsewhere.
I got a great deal on my home and auto insurance with Anchor Brokerage. When I swiched from another company I saved nearly half. Thanks!!
