If I could give AMS a six star rating I would do that. The character of the people employed at this agency can only be explained as follows. A few years ago my family was experiencing a rough spot. i was in between jobs at Christmas time and couldn't afford gifts for my children that year. I guess I was over sharing about the rough time we were experiencing. Most people would say sorry to heat that, hope things get better. Certainly wasn't expecting more than that.
