Amigo Insurance

Terrible service. I had to wait about an hour to be served. The lady who works there takes forever to attend to people and they ignore you like you’re not even there. 🫩

Only one star because this insurance is the worst I could have chosen. They do not cover you if you have an accident. They only serve to give insurance to the police because they do not cover you, they do not help you, they ask you questions.They give you many excuses. It's the worst. I'm sure they can choose just because they speak Spanish, but what's the point if in the end they don't help at all?Terrible car insurance

They only sell policies from the worst insurance companies in the state. You are paying for a piece of paper that says you have insurance. They do not actually provide coverage. If you ever have to file a claim, they will make your life miserable. If you can get anyone on the phone, they will deny coverage, or after many years only pay a 10 of what your car is actually worth (just kidding they will only do that if you file a complaint with the state). It makes more sense to chance a ticket for not having insurance or just setting your money on fire.

*Only giving one star because it was required* This company is by far the most unprofessional company I have spoke with. I work in insurance sales and have had to call them multiple times to request information for my insureds (like I have done with many other companies) and I repeatedly get hung up on. My insureds as well have complained of being hung up on when the agent does not want to do something or simply does not understand what they need. I am honestly unsure how they keep their doors open.

The only thing I don't like is they hold long conversations with people that is unnecessary.So now you have to wait longer.They are extremely friendly.Good people.
