Amica Mutual Insurance Company

I have been with Amica for 20 some years now. I always got good service from them. They promptly paid all claims I had, and even offered to represent me with their attorney staff when I got sued over an accident at an accident prone intersection here in Orange County Florida (needed a dedicated left turn light). Since AMICA paid out over $30k for that claim, that law suit got dismissed even before I got "served" for it. These guys are GREAT. If you are looking for an insurance company that actually pays on your claims, and maintains good communication with you throughout the whole process,I recommend AMICA. Claim settled 2026-January

I gave amica when I first started with them 5 star rating but over the past couple rears I'm planning n dumping their greedy business charges ..now that us customers had the chance to get cheaper coverage even with multiple vehicles. Amica continues to up their rates & I drive less then 300 miles a month using ne vehicle while my 2012 shelby mustang has sat it garage & my 2015 ford truck only gets used ..no work I am retired at 65 ..I have never had a accident in over 40 years & 1 speeding ticket in my 20..No DUI no legal issues at all..I did have a chipped windshield & FedEx hit & run my car that was parked in front of my house ..I have had full coverage n both vehicles in case my truck breaks down so I have another vehicle..I'm the only driver ...I'm past the point of over looking their

I never heard of an insurance company that uses junkyard parts on a 5-year-old car are used parts to boot. They tell you you can have OEM parts because those are the ones that work on newer cars and not aftermarket or junkyard or used parts. Be careful with this company they like to charge you a lot of money for the insurance but they don't want to pay for the parts.

Client for over 10years with multiple vehicles, never filed a claim until now and they have been playing games and under paying on two of my vehicles that recently where damaged. I am having to report them now to several agencies and possibly even seek legal counsel. I will not recommend this company to anyone and will be seeking new insurance after this encounter with them

Great company until they decide to discriminate against you. I have had a policy with them for over 7 years. Every year they raised my rates and I still stayed with them because their customer service is great. Fast forward until now, I am moving from CA to FlL and I wanted to transfer my policy. They have to underwrite a new one (makes sense). However 2 years ago my wife was involved in two car accident so they excluded her from the policy, completely understood. I try getting my new policy in Florida, with my wife being excluded, just policy under me and they said they won’t insure me because of my wife past accidents, although I have a clean driving record.
